Welcome to Popinity (“Platform”), a bubble shooter gaming platform operated by (proprietorship trading as The Hambrio E-Commerce).
By downloading, accessing, or using Popinity (including any website, mobile application, or related services), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we suspect any violation of these Terms.
4. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Popinity for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by us.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content, graphics, logos, designs, characters, levels, and software in Popinity are the intellectual property of Popinity or its licensors.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
- Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding Popinity may be used by us without compensation or obligation to you.
6. In-App Purchases and Virtual Goods
- Popinity may offer in-app purchases for virtual goods, coins, boosters, or other items (“Virtual Content”).
- All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
- Virtual Content has no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash or other real-world benefits.
- We may modify, suspend, or remove Virtual Content at any time.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Cheat, hack, exploit bugs, use unauthorized third-party software, or engage in any activity that interferes with fair gameplay.
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other players.
- Use offensive, vulgar, or inappropriate usernames, avatars, or messages.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or accounts.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Popinity at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform and any Virtual Content will cease immediately.
9. Disclaimers
- Popinity is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform.
- We are not responsible for any loss of game progress, Virtual Content, or data due to device failure, uninstallation, or account termination.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Popinity.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of Popinity, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
13. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy (available in the app) which explains how we collect, use, and disclose your information.
14. Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Popinity (or any part of it) at any time with or without notice.
